R.L STINE REUNITES WITH ORIGINAL “GOOSEBUMPS” ARTIST FOR NEW HORROR COMIC BOOK SERIES

R.L Stine is as busy as ever, churning out horror treats for all ages. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Goosebumps series, and fans are eagerly awaiting a brand new adult horror comic book series titled Stuff of Nightmares. Fearwire has learned that original Goosebumps artist Tim Jacobus has reunited with Stine for some chilling new cover artwork.

Every bit as important as the stories themselves, Goosebumps artist Tim Jacobus helped catapult the series to success with evocative art that pulled young fans into the spine-tingling adventures.

Jacobus writes on Instagram, “30 years ago, we used to do this every month. Now, it’s a rare treat to work with the man. R.L Stine has created a new horror graphic novel for the “big kids.” And Stuff of Nightmares is as dark as the name. I got picked up to take the ride again – creating a variant cover for the premier issue,” Jacobus continues. “Conjuring images for this guy never grows old. Only I do!”
